  7. Requirements of Potential Winners: Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Each potential winner will be required to correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without any assistance in order to be eligible to receive their Prize. In addition, each potential winner will be required to complete and return, or otherwise digitally accept, within 48 hours of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, a Declaration of Compliance, Liability & Publicity Release ("Declaration") in order to claim their Prize and to fulfill any such other requirements as determined by the Administrators, which may include a signature by the potential winner’s parent/legal guardian if the potential winner is a Minor. If a potential winner fails to do so, they may be disqualified and forfeit the Prize. In the event that any potential winner forfeits a Prize, fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, or is disqualified for any reason, the applicable Prize will be forfeited and another potential winner will be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries received for that Prize in accordance with these Official Rules. For the Grand Prize, the alternate potential winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. For a Secondary Prize, the alternate potential winner will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries for the applicable Participating School. Upon verification of each winner’s Declaration and their answer to the skill-testing question, winners will be contacted by the Administrators regarding fulfillment of their Prize within sixty (60) business days. Any unclaimed Prizes at the end of the Contest will remain the property of the Sponsor.
  8. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning the Grand Prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. Odds of winning a Secondary Prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries received in relation to each Participating School. A random draw for the Grand Prize will occur on or after November 6, 2026 from among all eligible entries received in accordance with these Rules. The Grand Prize draw will be conducted first. A random draw for Secondary Prizes will occur on or after November 6, 2026 from among all eligible entries received in accordance with these Rules on a per Participating School basis, excluding the selected potential Grand Prize winner. There is a limit of one (1) Prize per person. For greater certainty, an entrant is not eligible to win both the Grand Prize and a Secondary Prize. If an entrant is selected for more than one (1) Prize, they will only be eligible to receive the first Prize for which they were selected, and an alternate eligible entrant will be selected for the applicable remaining Prize. Within twenty (20) business days of the draw, between 10:00 a.m. ET and 5:00 p.m. ET, a representative of the Sponsor will attempt to contact the selected entrants at the mobile number or email address listed on their entry form or Request, as applicable.

  10. Prize Fulfillment; Delivery: Prizes will be fulfilled and delivered only to a confirmed winner at a valid Canadian street address (no P.O. boxes), as provided by the winner. Sponsor will use a delivery method and carrier of its choosing. Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or stolen shipments, or for any inability to deliver a Prize due to an incorrect or incomplete address or a winner’s unavailability. If a Prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a confirmed winner cannot accept delivery as scheduled, the Prize may be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and an alternate winner may be selected (time permitting). Any applicable federal, provincial/territorial, or local taxes, and any customs duties, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with receipt or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, to the extent applicable. Sponsor will pay standard shipping charges to deliver the Prize to the winner’s Canadian address, unless otherwise stated in these Rules. Risk of loss passes to the winner upon delivery of the Prize to the delivery address provided by the winner.
  11. 12. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but, not limited to, fraud, virus or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in their sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Rules; or (b) cancel the Contest and award the Prizes on a per Participating School basis in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of the Rules of this or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  13. Release and Limitations of Liability: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of the Sponsor, Coca‑Cola Ltd., The Coca‑Cola Company, the Administrators, the authorized bottlers or distributors of Coca‑Cola® products, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, prize partners, agents and agencies, and the officers, directors and employees of them (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any Prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone, cellular networks, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable mail; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt, use or misuse of any Prize. Entrant (and their parent/legal guardian on their behalf if they are a Minor) further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry, if it is possible. If the Contest, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance on a per Participating School basis for any Prize offered herein. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of Prizes as set forth herein to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of Prizes by a random drawing on a per Participating School basis among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible Prize claims.
  14. Dispute Resolution: To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrant (and their parent/legal guardian on their behalf if they are a Minor) agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Courts of Ontario, Canada; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest but in no event legal fees or disbursements; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Province of Ontario, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Province of Ontario or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Ontario.
